Webster Student Council Bake Sale

Wednesday 6th February 2008

The Webster Student Council Bake Sale was a great success.  The delicious homemade cookies were sold at a premium on Wednesday 6th February 2008, as part of the fundraising programme for the Webster Soccer Team. The sample platter got our customers drooling to buy a bag and helped raise ₤246.

The night before the sale council members from Regent's American College & Webster Graduate School (consisting of Betim Humolli, Alexandra Vetor, Elizabeth Morse, Stavros Baritakis, Assad Khourchid and Claudine LeFeuvre) worked hard baking in the refectory kitchen from 7pm to 11:15 pm. They made six different types of treats; snowball cookies, snickerdoodles, chocolate chip, magic bars and brownies. While Daniella De Silva, worked with other Council members at home making more even more goodies.

The experience was great fun and very rewarding. We would like to thank everyone for helping us raise funds to send our wonderful Webster London Football team to compete in the European Tournament in Leiden.

"I was attracted to Webster Graduate School right from the beginning due to the fast responses I received from the Admissions team for all my enquiries. This portrayed to me a positive and caring attitude that was indicative of what I was to expect from Webster. In addition, I was impressed with the fact that I could study at any Webster University campus, thereby adding to my international exposure and wealth of experience. My experience in Webster has been rich and rewarding."
