Katsue Suzuki

Nationality: Japanese
Degree: MBA with emphasis in Finance, May 2009

Katsue SuzukiI chose to do an MBA at Webster Graduate School London, because I felt the opportunity to study abroad at another Webster campus in the USA, Europe or Asia would really enhance my personal development and career prospects. The flexibility of the American system really suits me, as does the course’s one year duration and content. Webster Graduate School London is right in the centre of London, in Regent’s Park and I really enjoy the city life here as well!

The classes are very small at Webster Graduate School London, no more than 25 students in each class. This really helps students, because they get a lot of attention from the professors, their English improves quickly and they soon adapt to the classroom culture, feeling confident to speak out and ask questions.

When I graduate, I hope to return to Japan to work for a financial institution. The international student body at Webster Graduate School means that I’m already networking with people from all around the world. I also get to understand how business is done in my classmates’ countries, providing me with a real understanding of global business. This will be useful in my future career.

"While studying in Webster Graduate School I encountered several advantages. First, the classes were small (an average of 8 people per class) and thus the professors gave us their full attention. Second, the university had selected for us the best professors and among them I must mention some of them that have deeply touched my heart with their compassion."
