Needs Analysis

You will initially be invited to complete a Needs Analysis (online) to help determine how we can best support you with your career development.

Career Planner Appointment

Within 24 hours of completing the Needs Analysis online, you will be contacted to schedule a first appointment with your Careers Advisor, during which personal employability needs and general career aspirations are discussed.

During this session you will receive a personalised Career Planner which illustrates the stages of the Career Development Programme, covering everything from CV writing and interview preparation through to developing your professional network.

"I enjoyed the studying at the Webster Graduate School particularly because of the faculty. The method of teaching and study was very real life. I feel this is specifically helping me in my job. I would like to work with multinational companies in abroad and build my career as an IT manager, marketing manager, or project manager in the Banking sector or as a consultant."
