A Guide to Sending in Your Photographs

It is very important to send us your passport photographs in the correct format, so that a Student ID Card can be created for you. You will not be able to access our campus or any of the campus facilities without an ID card.

It is our preference that passport photographs are sent to us in colour jpg/jpeg format. Please use the following guidelines:

1. Full head and shoulders showing

2. No hats/headscarves (except for religious/cultural reasons)

3. No profile pictures, only full face frontal shots

4. No pictures copied form drivers licences or other identification documents

5. No black and white photos

Your photographs can be emailed directly to the Admissions Department on

admit@regents.ac.uk
