A Guide to Sending in Your Photographs

It is important to send us your passport photographs in the correct format, so that a Student ID Card can be created for you. You will not be able to access our campus or any of the campus facilities without an ID card.

It is our preference that passport photographs are sent to us in colour jpg format.

Please use the following guidelines:

  1. Photograph to show full head and shoulders
  2. No hats/headscarves (except for religious/cultural reasons)
  3. No profile (side) pictures, only full face photos taken from the front
  4. No pictures copied from drivers licences or other identification documents
  5. No black and white photographs

Photographs can be emailed to the Admissions Department on admit@regents.ac.uk
